I'm not having a good day I need help someone please help .I feel down an not happy with my self .I have been doing the adkins 7 days an well I'm not sure what I'm doing maybe its the slpenda .But I only have 2 a say or coukd it be tge adkins bar ? Any advice thanks

Rozbudz so sorry you are having a not so good day. Don't give up on yourself. Be True to you that is all you can do. I know that with me artificial sweetners do strange stuff to me and will cause stalls. That is why I'm trying to stay completely away from them and eat clean. I know when I was doing straight Atkins if I ate the bars it would cause a stall also. But they taste so good! Hope you feel better soon. :-)

Those bars are not good. For a person to eat. I do nothing but stall or gain on them! Splenda I'm okay with unlike jma. Different things bother each of us differently. You can do this!!

I tried to get to your food log but guess I don't have that acquity. Have you tried MIM's?

Just read your food journal. Gosh girl that is way to little carbs and calories! No wonder you're hungry and not losing!! Your body is cranky with you. Now calories aren't the end all and be all but the have to be up there! 500 give or take is just to little. 20carbs is where you need to be. Not much more and not much less. Eat!! I'm no help for on the run receipes but I see you are on a receipe part of this forum. A Mim is a good fast thing for breakfast or snack. Keep in touch. I am on Atkins just in a spirt of stupidity I was looking at clean eating. I will go change it.

I am on adkins also. Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, Three pieces of bacon, crisp. 1 cup of coffee with 1 tbs vream and tsp od splenda= 2 carbs eat within 30 mins of getting up Lunch: Any meat and salad with creamy salad dressing, count ypur carbs carefully, veg have carbs in them, diet coke = 3 carbs Dinner, steak or chicken or pork chops, broccoli or asparagus or any all green veg, sugar free jello, tea with splenda = 10 carbs crystal light 16 oz= 6 carbs get plenty to eat and drink but watch your carbs...
