Had a better day today, I do enjoy the Atkins way of eating, Its just that I di not seem to be able to go a whole week of induction without blowing it in some way.
Sunday I had a few beers watching the footie on TV.
I must get my head around this and focus as I owe it to myself to lose the weight.
Just have to take 1 day at a time I think.
Will weigh myself this weekend to see how the weights going.

Then skip it & go to OWL. I say if you limit yourself too much & its out of your comfort zone then you are setting yourself up for failure. Just my opinion although I know the low carb fanatics will come out for me after that LOL In the end...do you
