Doing the water challenge, I have always preferred to drink something other than water. My husband says that I should drink more water. Everytime I complain about a headache he asks if I have been drinking water. So hopefully this challenge will help me overcome my desire not to drink water.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
