Smoking and dieting
Good luck with quitting smoking! It is a hard thing but totally worth it. It has been almost 2 yrs since I've quit and every so often I have to fight off the urge. I didn't gain any wait after quitting. I did get very irritable. Since quitting I have successfully convinced my sister, 2 friends and one of their husbands to quit. Good luck to you!

Vegitarian?
I have been following the Fat Smash diet, the 1rst phase is strictly vegetarian. Even if you don't want to do this particular diet plan you can still look up recipes under Fat smash on this website. I made a killer vegetarian chili the other night, yum, yum!
