GOOOOD SUNDAY MORNING EVERYONE!!!!!...DAY 474...well...glad yesterday is over with..got it all bagged/boxed up once again for another year or so..lol...had been 2 years since the last sale, so we had a pretty good supply...different kind of crowd this time...was almost like people were lookin for stuff to resale...didnt matter to me, long as they took it an got it outta my space...been eating more calories last couple of days, but not to worried about it as i kno my body burns it better now then it did at one time, and i kno that monday i will be bck on schedule again an back into a better eating routine again...gonna do crunches, pushups, and pilates this morning to work my stiff tired body back into limber limbs today...if friend calls, then headed to his house this afternoon to stack some wood...he split wood yesterday even though i couldnt get out to help him...and when we talked on phone last night i told him to call today when he was ready an i would come out an help...besides i need to pick up some weights an a workout bench..that way monday, wednes, an friday i can do weights..and other 2 days of the week i can do a different workout to let my muscles heal...im ready to get bck into a weight routine of some kind...cheaper to go with the weights, and workout bench, and have the room for that , then buy a machine to workout on an not have enough room for it...and by my friend lettin me borrow his, i can see how much i like it before i decide to invest in my own...well i woke up early this morning again...really just got tired of layin in bed...an got up to p....an ended up gettin online ...but my eyes are still feeling tired..so might lay back down for an hour or two an then get up again and get this day started...hope your all are having a great weekend!!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!!! I AM DOING THIS!!!! I AM FIRST!!!!! 2. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT WILL HELP YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER!!!!! 3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!!! 4. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!! 5. GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!! 6. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!! 7. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!! 8. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!! 9. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD !!! 10. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY!!! 11. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!! 12. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
