It was my husbands birthday yesterday. Celebrated best we could. I was able to get a Nothin Bundt cake for him. (and yes I did have a thin slice lol)

1110 kcal Fat: 33.04g | Prot: 63.82g | Carb: 147.77g.   Breakfast: Sports Research Collagen Peptides,  Strawberries,  Oatmeal,  Coffee with Skim Milk. Lunch: Tre Stelle Feta Cheese,  Strawberries, Skinnygirl Balsamic Vinaigrette ,  Spinach ,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Shrimp,  Pineapple, Dairy Fresh Lowfat Cottage Cheese . Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Trader Joe's Fully Cooked Long Grain Brown Rice, Kroger Lite Soy Sauce,  Shrimp, Libby's Sliced Beets,  Carrots,  Kale . Snacks/Other:  Diana's Protein Bars,  Carrots, Eli's Cheesecake Cheese Cake, Oranges. more...
