Weigh in day....lost three pounds. I am happy with that. It has been an up and down week but I can do this. It isn't so much the weight as how I look, and how I feel in my clothes! That is what bothers me!!! My legs are not as toned or as small as I want them to be :-(. But keep working hard and I will get them there!
