Added pineapple to my salad today and ate the fish before I remembered to take a snap. I think I'll make fish tacos tomorrow. Don't know if I have any of the little tortillas on hand though, so that's a wait and see. Saturdays are a better night for takeout for me as I don't lose track of the day as easily. The balsamic and pineapple is not as good as the strawberry combo. That said, I really prefer vodka with pineapple, but tend to stick with plain greek yogurt instead.

Things I miss: crunchy pepitas on my salads, peanuts, dark chocolate covered almonds. Guessing the bulk bins are a thing of the past so will need to find another source for the raw pepitas. And yes, I know where they come from. Too messy for me. I'm almost out of my dark chocolate chips as well. More planning is required for all required food supplies, I suspect.

Heard the beaches and state parks are closed again. Guessing they'll do the same with city parks. Sigh. Nothing more to say there.
