Day two and I also realize I eat WAAAAY too many carbs but, I am not sure if I want to make a drastic change. If I cut out a lot of carbs just for this "diet", will I balloon up once it ends and I'm back to my normal eating habits. I like carbs and as long as I don't overeat in general, I am hoping that a small adjustment in my "carb-intake" will be enough to see a good change.

I am also realizing that I need to find someway to get more activity. This little exercise tracker reflects me "resting" my days away...

There is a saying. Don't do anything to the lose the weight that you aren't willing to keep doing the rest of your life in order to keep it off. If you do low carb and go back to eating regularly, you will gain it back quickly. We need carbs to live. I try to eat good carbs like fruits and veggies. I keep processed foods to a minimum. It all depends on you and what fits best in to your life. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. I save room for treats. Keep changing things up till you find what works for you.

Thanks Suzi161, I will focus on eating healthy carbs and will lighten up on them but, like you said, nothing more than what I can stick with for good.
