Walked this evening instead of morning. Had some leg pain at first but it totally dissipated once we hit the fields. We walked fast, jogged a little, ran up the steep hills & stairs by the high school. And, of course, the long incline up Hewitt...amazed by how easy that's become. Yahoo.

Downside is that it's now 8:30 & I haven't had dinner. Can I get by on something really light? Hate to eat a big meal this late...
