I just finished my workout, or at least one I have planned for today, so that's great to be out of the way! I'm finding that my day goes betterw hen I workout early in the day and/or before I eat, so I'm definitely going to work on making that a habit especially with the cold weather months approaching. I found that the heat in this apartment is really hot, and it made working out at night dreadful so that's even more motivation to get used to doing it early.
i tried my 20-min Insanity workout and it's crazy, I had to stop a few times b/c I literally thought I was going to throw up. Mind you I didn't even eat, but I've been drinking tons of water so that wasn't pleasant. Now, I just have to do my Brazil Butt Lift workout for the day and I'm finished, yay!
