I ended up working out yesterday even though it was my rest day so I'm not forcing myself to workout today. I have to leave in about an hour to head to this week, and I hate feeling rushed so I'm just going to take it easy and make sure I don't forget anything. I'm trying to get my water req out of the way before I go, but I'm making myself nervous that I'll have to keep peeing during my travels and train bathrooms are gross, lol.
I'm getting bored w. chicken as protein, so I picked up some steak from the grocery store that I'm excited about. I have no idea how to cook steak and make it taste good since I hardly ever eat/crave it, so it was nice to find some pre-made food I can just chop up and put on my salad tonight.
I'm thinking if I get back in enough time and have the energy or desire to workout than I will, but if not I'm not going to stress it. I've been doing really well so whatever. Not sure if you guys have heard of Shirataki (Miracle Noodles) but a lot of low carbers use them as faux noodles, and I think I'm going to try adding them again. I didn't care for them when I tried them once before, the texture bugged me, but I was reading last night that there are ways to prepare them that fix that a little bit, and I think I'm going to need some variety. Now onto finding a local place that carries them should be the fun part.
