I ended up doing my workout for today, yesterday, so now I have a rest day, yay! I think I might still do a workout if I have the energy, but I love the fact that I don't have to if I don't want to. I have a nice soreness in my upper body and this woman I met at the post office told me I look like I workout, woot woot!
My diet has been flawless and I'm very excited. I started cutting back last week, and now I'm 100%! No diet soda, no cheese, no cravings; the hardest part is starting and/or getting back on the wagon, but everyday that I stay committed it becomes easier. I'm not as hungry either, so I think I was eating a lot out of boredom. I've been eating just one meal a day, not intentionally, but it's been working out that way, just lean meat and veggies and a few nuts for snacks. I actually have a wake to go to this week :( and I'm hoping I don't have to deal with any food offered.
Nothing really new going on, just really focusing on some business goals I have for the month. I'm eating pretty much the same thing every day so I don't have to worry about much cooking or anything or about having to cheat. I'm getting much stronger so my workouts aren't as torturous as they were when I first started. I found a workout buddy on Facebook and we're already talking about other programs to do after Brazil Butt Lift so that's fun to have another person doing the same thing and that can hold me accountable, yay!
