wow I'm so pleased.. but.. to be fair I started the diet a few days before I began recording on F/S... but I'm still happy with the progress.

Going to celebrate with a big fat T bone Steak for lunch, then back to fish and seafood for dinner. Messed up the exercise entry,, cant delete it.. oh well all I did was walk from one end of the shopping center to the other and back, without needing to stop for a sit down..probably very nearly half a KM. Finally bought some bathroom scales..

made mess of the exercise entry, oh well it kinda reflects what I did. not going to enter it again Ill just walk for 4o minutes and do all the stuff I normally do.
