Calories came in at 1601 yesterday & I went down just a tich. The rain has prevented an afternoon walk for a couple of days & it's rainy again today 😕 I think the sun is supposed to be back tomorrow for a few days. That would be a very welcome turn.

We had frozen pizza from Aldi & a salad for dinner last night. The pizza was good but as I was eating my salad I had the thought that I was enjoying it just as much as the pizza 😊 Of course, what's not to love about sweet tasting cherry tomatoes, olives & feta....none of which are high calorie.


145.4 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
