haven't made it to the scales yet but I know I'm doing well , clothes already easier fit. just learned how to make DUKAN DIET OAT BRAN GALLETTES.. DELICIOUS LITTLE BITS OF ALMOST NOTHING BUT LIKE A PANCAKE.. YUMMO FOR BREAKFAST.WHATS EVEN BETTER ON THE ATTACK PHASE OF DUKAN DIET THEY ARE FREELY ALLOWED.

A GALLETTE IS .. 1 AND HALF TABLESPNS OAT BRAN 1 AND HALF TABLESPNS OF PLAIN YOGURT MIX WITH A BEATEN EGG WHITE OR A WHOLE EGG, FRY IN NON STICK PAN LIKE A PANCAKE FOR 3MIN OR SO ON EACH SIDE, CAN TOP WITH CHICKEN OR FISH OR WHATEVER PROTEIN YOU WANT, CAN HAVE ONE ONCE A DAY, ITS THE ONLY CARBS ALLOWED ON THE ATTACK PHASE OF Dukan Diet,
