Kind of a bad weekend food wise lol....I was invited to a couple of social events, one last night and one today. I did manage to stay in my RDI only going over by a few calories, but I figure it's okay if i just pick back up tomorrow and work even harder at the gym this week. I enjoyed myself and i just need to remember it's ok to spoil myself every once in a while! :) Time for a jog with my pooch! Hope you all had a great weekend!
