Been kicking butt in the exercise department lately! Joined a new gym ( Planet Fitness) That is closer, bigger and more quiet than the one i was at before! Rocked on the eliptical for 30 minutes, than jogged on the treadmill for another 20 boy did i work up a sweat! I also walked my dog for a mile and half after i came back. I feel so good and i'm so amazed at myself because I honestly thought i couldn't do it! Pushing myself a little harder each and everyday!
