day 449....GOOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!!...waking up nice an early today...and feeling greattttt!!!...did my farthest single morning walk yesterday ..in fact i walkd from one end of town to the other...4.36 miles...would have liked to have added to that yesterday..but already had other plans for the day...so hopefully i can do it again this morning and then later today do a second walk and add onto that...cooler here again this morning...just wore a short sleeve sweatshirt over tshirt yesterday morning an worked up a nice sweat, but i think today im gonna wear a jacket an work up even a better sweat...was kinda breazy yesterday once i got away from any houses on the route...been doing a weight routine after my morning walk later in the morning...and since i have the ankle/wrist weights, gonna start using them on a more regular basis when i walk...just takes gettin into a habit...they are only 5 pounds per but last time i wore em on my wrists, i felt like my arms got longer...lol...something ive noticed about using a pedometer...and joining walkertracker ...its a good way of challanging yourself to do better each day you walk...as i said i walked the width of my town yesterday..once i get use to that route, then i will have to start going the length of it ...which is like 3 times its width...always leary about adding blocks on cause you never kno if all the dogs are tied up securely...guess i need to buy a container of pepper spray for just that, just to be safe...im kinda lookin forward to cooler weather...so i can start doing 2 or 3 walks a day...i just feel so much better after that morning walk...well enough for now..need to get up an moving...catch you all later..hope everyone is doing great again today....have a greattttttttt day!!!!

BIG smiles here....LOVE your quote of the day! I got a bit of exercise in already today too and then washed out my mouth with a 24 oz bottle of water instead of chocolate!! Better for me....lol Haave a GREAT day ahead!

Be careful with the weights while walking. Talk to your Dr. I have heard that it makes you change your stride and the way you hold yourself and you can develope back problems. Isn't it great that when you have the energy for that extra walk, you don't have the time. Know the feeling. You are, as always doing great, keep up the good work!
