What are the craziest pains you get from working out?

Mine are on the side and lower part of my chest. The pain almost feels like the muscle is tearing and can be sharp and biting.

I haven’t felt it in a while, but the pain was back yesterday. I had done some cable twists for my abs (new exercise) and really worked the abs and side muscles. Before, I used to think the pain was related to running, but I figured out a while ago that it was more related to chest exercise especially with dumbbells.
