I had a little extra time on the plane to reflect on workouts. Looked at each muscle group on my Fitbod app and looked at sets per week. Happy with my work over the last month. 10-15 sets for each muscle group per week. Upping weight when possible.

Thank you! The app is good for providing suggestions for new exercises. I don’t know that I need that much variety, but I get it!
