Just slice, spray with oil and bake???? 

Yes, but when I did that the chips cooked unevenly. I melted a little coconut oil in a cast iron skillet then cooked it that way, schmetterlinge. 

Moopie, you make such good things. I know these sweet potato 🍠 snacks are great. I’m jealous! 

You too can make this, Warren. I used a mandolin for even slices.  

What’s the alternative if you don’t care for sweet potatoes? Is there? Regular potatoes?

Try the cocoa powder. It's amazing.
