Doing a PSMF. I started a couple of days ago. Probably lost a good 5 lbs already from water weight but the scale was out of batteries so it’s hard to be precise. I’ve got a plan to be on this for two weeks and reevaluate then.
232.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
