Weigh-in/Measuring Day!

Forgot about this last night till I was just about to fall asleep. Glad to have gotten nearly 10 hrs of sleep b/c it helps to not really be affected by this today. I'm not expecting any change at all, haven't been doing anything to warrent it. That being said, here it is:

Kind of surprised at even this much, but that's a total loss of 4.25" for the past month. I'll take it. Works for me = )

Thanks ladies! Looking forward to getting back on the workouts though. Get my BMF today or tomorrow, so I'm excited about that! = D

Good job to make other goals than just the scale. I'm like I'd rather see some inches disappear than just lose weight.

Well as you can see the scale went up .2lbs. This is how it's been since Dec, so I stopped basing my progress on the scale back in May. It's super disappointing & not helpful to me. I have to climb 6 fights of stairs every Tues & Thurs for school & I know back in May I would've been hurtin' something fierce doing that. Now I do it w/ ease & I'm barely panting when I get to my class. Plus it makes me feel good to see that I'm doing it when all the thin people are taking the elevator = )
