Getting ready for my Kiss the Weight Goodbye weigh-in. Darn it, I keep forgetting to drink my water before meals. Thinking about putting a bottle of beer on my desk with water inside instead of the beer. Yeah, that just might work...

I've also been trying to drink more water in general. I do love beer... the bottle idea sounds like a plan.

sometimes hard to create a habit of drinkin more water...like any other habit takes 30 days to make it a habit....one day at a time...rinsing out a beer bottle real good so the smell is gone, might be a way for you to drink more water...just make sure the water is ice cold... your body will burn more calories drinkin cold water...
