Spaghetti squash with a hack marinara sauce (canned whole tomatoes, the usual Italian spices, garlic, onion and olive oil) and ground antelope with more garlic, red onion and spices, including a little fennel. I went back for seconds on the spaghetti squash and the sauce. I would have had more meat (only 2.5g of fat!) but I want to stretch it out a for more than one more meal.

I scanned in some marinara sauce I have in the house for calories because I'm being lazy.

So good and good for you!
