I'm not ready to track my food again yet. It's just been a time to give up sweets and high carb foods. I've been intermittent fasting 16 to 17 hours most days and have actually lost 3 pounds from my high.

Our daughter, who has stage 4 cancer, and her husband arrived in town tonight from Arizona for an oncologist appointment and to see family and friends. She brought left-over lasagna from her Christmas eve open house and I had planned all along to go ahead and partake, and boy did I ever! It doesn't matter much to me that the scale will be up. Partaking with them is more important to me. They will be here till Wednesday or Thursday, and then head south to see his father and step mother.
120.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
