I buy a small container of Fage plain NF yogurt as my starter if I don't have any of my own. I prefer their taste to others, but Chobani is fine. Don't use any with stabilizers in it. For this treat, I just stirred in some pumpkin puree because I had it around and it was already opened from making pumpkin bread for a gift. I also just love pumpkin. I always add my own spices. This was cinnamon, cardamom and stevia. Cloves are tricky in a small portion because they tend to overwhelm. Allspice is good if you have on hand.
