After a big workout (I'm so sore), yesterday, I am up 1/2 lb today... however I'm not recording it, I expect tomorrow's weigh in to be better... silly water retention... so 149.4 this morning.... way to close to 150 for my taste... after a bit bigger dinner last night, I'm going back to a strict fat fast today...
