day 139..61 outside..to warm to wear a sweatshirt jacket, but made me sweat more when i walked today...got my walk in...got to thinkin about takin time off the elliptical for mabye a month and working out a different way at the gym...im sure my body has gotten use to the workouts i do..and mabye its time to break that routine up and do something else that hour i spend there...so going to start a new routine, just not sure, till i get there and decide...but time for a change...hopefully this will kick start my droppin weight off again..ive decided to use the stationary bike for my workouts and walking....for a month to see how it goes...
walk 2.5 mile 100 ab crunches stationary bike with arms..40 minutes=8 mile walk 1.0 mile
