Happy Wednesday, Buddies!

I am trying hard to be optimistic about this week... but work has already been a bit overwhelming.

I have done better on my food choices and am logging daily - which is excellent! It often takes me a few days to get myself "Back to Business" and this time is no different.

I have eliminated the bagels and breads, thank goodness! Those type of carbs are like drugs for me...eat them once or twice and I want them daily.

Once I am off the wheat type carbs, I no longer crave them and now can focus on fruits, veggies and proteins.



Let's rock it together!

Good to hear you are doing better with your carb cravings. Work stress doesn't help anything, but seems like you are handling it well.

I think I could be so healthy if I didn't have to work & deal with the stress it brings :) but maybe I'd be cooking and snacking instead. If weekends are anything to go by, I'd be more overweight than I am now.

Definitely, let's rock this together...good for you to nix the bread and bagels. I always remember that there are 4 slices of bread in one bagel...that's just too much carbs! You are strong and can do this!
