Scales moved down just a tich. I was worried I was averaging more daily calories, but I looked back on a few previous weeks & saw several weeks I averaged above 1200 calories to 1350. I think the difference may have been I had one or two higher days and the rest were 1200 or so.

Tomorrow I'm going to my Great niece's birthday party. There is always party food & of course cake 😊 And I've promised my hubby I'll bake the apple pie he's been asking for....can I say "whining" 😉 If I'm going to hit 150 by next week I need to be good. I like pie...especially the crust. Last one I baked him I had one piece & he ate the rest. Maybe I can have just a taste and he can enjoy his pie.

150.8 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
