Swoosh! That was completely unexpected! This week included eating out, takeout and chocolate, yet that number still went down. 🍛🍲🍫 Yay for moderation!
245.0 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
