Hopped on the scale this morning and much to my delight, it cheerfully told me that I've officially dropped 12 pounds In less than a month! 🤗🤗🤗
249.6 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
