What a nice surprise on the scale. And my knees don't hurt after an hour of zumba yesterday. My hips are another story, but it won't keep me from going again. Actually there's an 11:15 class this Saturday and I may go since the football games I want to watch don't start until the afternoon. Dance is a lot more fun than the elliptical.

Had a chili dog yesterday but no chips and kept my calories low. This WOE feels sustainable.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
