I guess I am going a cross between the Paleo diet and a low carb diet. Either way it appears to be working. Not hungry at all with lots of protien intake and calorie level is surprising pretty low, fats are a lil higher tho
206.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
