Low carb seems to be the way to go for my body type I guess. It appears to be working. Surprisingly I stay satisfied and that keeps me from wanting to snack on bad items. Glad I got a three wheeled bike also to get out and rehab the knee and get the sunny weather Fl is know for.
205.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
