Good morning everyone! I've made a couple of questionable food choices this week, but stayed within my DRI... and the scale has gone down again! I am officially 1 lb away from loosing 10 lbs this month, which is my goal! 🤗
252.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 102.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
