Ok, Korma curry, chunked fresh pumpkin and pulp, some seeds, paprika, Dukkah, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, oregano,sea salt, pepper, chunked chicken breast, 2 onions, cayenne, red pepper flakes, 1 condensed can of coconut milk, sage, 2 onions, brown sugur( 2 pinches), rest of baby spinach leaves from last pita dinner( waste nothing) Cut up 2 onion, potatos( I used 3 cut), red, yellow and orange peppers and mix in a paper bag of sea salt, pepper, crushed pepper flakes, adobo, minced garlic, basil, cinnamon. Place in a paper bag and shake, while buttering a baking dish. Once in baking dish, add a small sprinkle of white sugar to carmalize and mix, bake at 375-400 degrees in oven until a nice brown and black happens. Mix in with Curry in crock pot or stock pot. I mentioned waste nothing because if you can use it use it and I had a whole 6-7 pack of boneless chicken breasts, so I also made chicken, broccoli and cheese casserole for tomorrow to switch things up for the family as I work a 12-14 hour shift. What a day!! broom sweeping, vacuuming, laundry, a big psychology paper with title, body of minimum of two pages or more pages, not to include Title and references, all APA. 4th psych class, nothing new, but, another on top and a family and life and cleaning and laundry and signing school papers.... it never ends lol. Such is life. Keep grinding and shining. I learned,life happens...ready or not. Stay on it . <3

For sure Court🤗💜💜 I love making 🍛 curry☺️🤤 it’s a favorite. It’s funny, because how hubby was all like “ you cannot use the pumpkin we’re carving!” 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Ummmm, yessss booboo, I can because it’s pumpkin 😂😂☺️☺️ he has been busting his behind working an hour away and a foreman, so I will let him have that😂😂 he banged a huge plate paired with Jasmine 🍚 🍛 rice😂☺️😘💜💚😂

❤️💜💚 Binky, I am off this weekend, so I will sleep in thankful , because my sons sleep in..hubby is working 5 days and no weekend relief. Made me reevaluate everything and grind. I couldn’t do what he does. He says he cannot do what I do,so together we’re Exhausted 😩😂🤷🏻‍♀️
