Woke at 228.4, down 2.8 from yesterday as I start to recover from my dinners out at the drag race this past weekend. Targeting 900 a day OMAD this week to catch up to my 1525 per day calorie average target. UPDATE: Got to 228.6 by 5 pm, so all the liquid I drank did not result in flushing the water out. I'm sure the whoosh will come on a day when I have the most back to back meetings! :) I ate 813 calories of pork roast and cabbage and I think that a wrap for tonight.
