I ate 167% of my RDI but hey today's my birthday. Cut me some slack, will yaa? BTW I got the best gift today in the morning when I weighted myself, A 2KG DROP!!!! Wahh !!! I can actually lose weight.
132.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
