Wow! That's almost unexpected! I mean, I had my usual weigh-in day apprehension/anxiety, though I had done mostly right by my WOE. I made a few minor changes after last weeks disappointing loss, and it seems to have paid off. Also, this weeks workouts have been a calorie scorcher!
Or maybe my body is just catching up after last week.
231.8 lb Lost so far: 68.2 lb.    Still to go: 71.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
