Pool is fixed. Went swimming for half an hour...modified, but I kept moving the whole time! I feel good, but will know tomorrow morning if I still feel the benefits. I'm all about using the cast iron skillet for roasting veggies lately. Tonight was carrots sprinkled with dill. Yum!

I tried to take Binky-puppy for a walk yesterday and could only do 1/4 mile in 20 minutes. Pain about 15 minutes in, and we were SLOW. The pool felt fabulous. I was kicking the entire time, holding my core in.
kissangelgirl, dill on carrots is the bomb. :)
