Hurt my back at the gym, have been swimming and doing PT, it is better BUT it still bothers. Tried the gym yesterday, spent the afternoon with a hot pad!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
