had a bad week. pick n mix came to £6 odd quid at the cinema on Wednesday (saw Hansel and Gretel) I didn't hold back lol. but I didn't even eat half of it which is good!! also had an indulgent choc cookie yesterday (it was mothers day, so why not lol) lost 2lbs, unexpected but not unwelcomed. this time next week I'll be treating myself to a kitKat chunky that's squirreled away in the back of the cupboard (hazelnut or mint?) as it'll be 8weeks since I had a chocolate bar, my goal is 8weeks and I'm managing it, so that's good!! back on the wagon this week for no sweets or cookies though!!
