another steady week :-/ gettin a bit sick of this now! a friend of mine told me to have one bad meal a week (I've heard of doing this before) as it helps to loose weight. well, I had ham egg (scrambled) and chips on Wednesday, but ive not lost anything, again!! curse words I'd like to use right now, I cant describe jus how annoyed I am at this moment in time!! I'm at a bit of a loss with what to do with myself, I want to loose weight (preferred around the tummy!!) but it's jus not happening. 8weeks now, 8 ive been good, and only 5of them have had losses!! this is my 4th weigh in with no loss, I don't want a steady weight WHY AREN'T YOU DECLINING SCALES!!
anyway, seeing as I've completed 8weeks of my goal, I've jus consumed a kit Kat chunky (hazelnut) and if I'm honest, it was disapointing, and I feel a bit sick. if I'm a steady weight again next weigh in, I'm gonna get some slimming pills to help kick my body into shifting weight!! what's the point in eating healthy and doin exercise if it's doing NOTHING for my weight?

same as a few weeks ago, nothing off and nothing on. I guess that's a good thing!!? could be worse for sure!!

I'm hoping that I've lost weight but gained muscle which is why my weight hasn't moved. my outer thigh's have hurt all week for the squats at LBT Monday and yoga on Thursday. tbh, they still hurt and I've got LBT tonight :-/ will be interesting!!

had an awful weekend at work. feel run down from the cold I've had all week, and just generally like shit. if it wasn't for us needing the money to save to move, I think I'd seriously be considering handing in my notice. so sick and tired of being taken for granted, not so much as a thank you for staying longer than I'm supposed to, and feeling like I'm not good enough at my job, like I'm letting everyone down all the time. I've been there nearly 3years, and I've had my high's and low's, but right at this point in time, I really cant see how I can keep going with it :-(
