Did most of my lifting workout yesterday but I was alone so I stopped after 45 minutes. Will go dancing tonight, and plan to dance Friday also. Will lift Saturday, after dropping off many random things to the recycling event in my town: metals, fire extinguishers, flourescent bulbs. Also dropping linens and some other random things to the charity place.
Assistant still out sick with no idea when he will be allowed to come back. Scary business!
