I feel like I am spending much of my days searching online for yummy low carb recipes, and I'm not doing much else or keeping up with housework. It's like an obsession.
Should eating healthy REALLY be THIS MUCH work?? ugh

Hey, thanks for being a buddy! I am a little demanding on the buddies - I require you stay on top of weighing in and also journaling. Those two items really hold yourself accountable. I read your profile - oh so sad - but then God blessed you two-fold. My Dad passed away Dec 5th - rather suddenly (ill and in hospital less than a week) - and I've come to learn how grief works. There is no time limit and no place where it can't bug you at random times. Just the tinest thing can provide one giant back step from where you had progressed. I had 43 years with my Dad and was Daddy's little girl. I'm thankful and very blessed that I had that much time with him on this earth, but doesn't make things any easier. I have two siblings who are dealing with grief in their own ways too. We don't talk about our struggles, we talk about our futures. Does that sound odd? Anyway, welcome aboard - and feel free to kick my A$$ on the journal when you see I'm getting slack - you have my permission. :)

It can be like that at the beginning of a diet. It does get easier though.
