So, for the last two weeks I've been a failure! I haven't done any running and only lifted once:-/ I HAVE to get back to doing it. It's so hard!! I have gained 2 lbs and am staying at that... so no gain. I can tell that I'm not as strong, not as toned.. I HAVE TO GET BACK.........

You can do it!!! Just say that you WILL get back and that you WANT to, instead of you "HAVE" to... That way it seems like less of a chore to you! :) good luck, you've been doing great!!! Keep it uo!

Its ok, you caught yourself at 2 pounds, its not 21, you have come so far. And you know what you have to do. REMEMBER how much you love your runs! YOU will get back.

It's always harder to get back on track than go off. :( But I have to start too, so I'll do it if you do, what do you say?

Hm well if you're busy tomorrow b/c of the 4th - I work all day. Why don't we start the 5th? I am doing that 100 push up thing that's on the boards. And will go ahead and start my Turbo Jam again! Let's just say that if we do stuff tomorrow, great, if not the day we absolutely have to start is Saturday!
