I am 24 years old and have been married to the man of my dreams for four years! We've owned a home in a cute little Mississippi River town in MN for about three years. I milk and breed cows and love it w/ a passion:-) My husband has a job he loves, I love it cause I get to just do what I like and not have to worry about being a main provider:-) Kids are a long ways off!

I have alway been active. Living in the counrty, milking cows, horse back riding.. just running around. I gain weight when big things happen it seems: getting married, moving, job changes... Little bit every time - Grrr. Now I want to take it seriously and do something about getting rid of it:-) I know I'm not getting younger and want to do this for my health as much as anything... I don't move like I use to when I was 16, and I want to!

One silly goal is to get under 200 lbs and get my belly button pearced - the hubby thinks that would be just great:-D It's incentive to get past that point anyway.. one step at a time!

I am curentally reading: You--the owner's manual and insider's guide to the body that will make you healthier and younger

I don't like "diet" I like knowing what's going on w/ my body, knowing how it's effecting my body when I do this or that (good or bad). I am so far really, really enjoying the book!

If obesity is at an all time high in America why is it that I cannot find a dress?
I agree that sizes are so off the wall.. and stores change their sizes! I had AE jeans, size 14.. went back two years later and didn't even fit into a 16.. but was still wearing my 14's from there, they were just warn out. GRRRRRRR. And then they look at YOU, like YOU'RE the crazy one when you tell themRolling Eyes

Mother's wisdom was (and is) WONDERFUL!

Yeah, iron really helps me. I have never been tested.. but have a good feeling I'm slightly anemic, I feel so tired and sluggish w/o it. It's never bothered my stomach... And I've heard that so many times so I'm luckyWink

Great thoughts and ideas! I love you all!

I take Omega 3 Fish Oil, calcium, multi vita, iron, D, E, Flaxseed, Zink, B12 and folic acid... I'll tell you what, when I miss a day.. I get so dizzy and droopy! I really need to start taking Magneaziam and A.. When I was younger my mom would always tell me what to take for whatever was wrong w/ me and I thought she was crazy and now I'm a believerVery Happy

I will try the Ginsing, it sounds goodSmile

Just wondering if anyone does any supplements and vitamins. I'm a true believer in them and take quite a few. Anyone have idea's and thoughs on this?
